I Think A Change Would Do You Good

School is stressing me out a lot right now. I know that I can handle it but this is getting me back to thinking about Americorps. Taking a break after my sophomore year would be a good way to regain some balance. Thanksgiving had me worried about my term paper. I was distracted even though I spent more time worrying about it than actually doing it. The break was needed though. I got my paper done but I slept a lot. Seeing all of the girls (minus Meighan) was kind of awkward. I still had a lot of fun but there was definitely a new dynamic to it. I had a long talk with Jen today. We talked about that. She also gave me the final push to join university band. I registered this afternoon and dropped Arts at Noon. I'm getting sick of this semester. I don't have any pure fun classes. Most class periods are interesting, if not entertaining but there aren't any classes that I am taking just for me. I'm excited for Tai Ch'i and Band next semester. I heard my geography class isn't just "This is Africa...This is Australia..." It's a lot more anthropology and sociology. I'm also really glad that I only have three more weeks with Lai. I pretty much ripped into her on my course evaluation. I'm ready for some change.
