Accomplished
I got up at a reasonable hour this morning (9ish) and did laundry. Yesterday, I had made plans to go workout at the fieldhouse with the girls and so I did that around 11. It was good to have other people counting on you showing up. It helps a lot. I tried to jog as much as possible but I still can't keep it up for more than 4 minutes or so. I know that I am improving but I definitely have serious room for improvement. Erin told me that Spring rugby season is totally different. The practices are pretty much all conditioning. I need to keep some sort of schedule up over the Winter. I don't particularly like running but I love rugby and I want to play on the A side so badly. I know it will take a lot of time and dedication on my part but it is possible. I feel bad because everyone else knows at least 2 positions but they only ever taught me to prop. I want to make myself the best asset I can to the team. I lift for the line-outs and all but that's not its own position. Even though the season is over, I still can make an impression on the coaches by coming to practice and working my ass off. I have something to prove. I only hope that I can have the wearwithal to go through with it. It just kills me that it comes so easily to so many of the girls. They have to push themselves a little bit but it's not really any big deal. I'm getting gradually more energy at the end of each practice but I am still beat. Back to my day, I went to lunch with the girls (Luigi, Leah and Tameka) at Fresh. It was still during brunch time. I've never seen the whole "omelet chef" thing before. That was kind of awesome, not going to lie. I had an awesome salad, laden with tomatoes, cukes, chickpeas and feta, and a bagel with cream cheese and peanut butter. Let me say, that flavor combination is the gift of the gods. I was a very happy camper. I did most of my reading for tomorrow. I don't even bother doing the reading for Logic any more. It's a waste of time especially with how excruciatingly time consuming the Asia readings are. However, for tomorrow, we do have to read "The Ballad of Mulan." I almost peed from excitement when I saw that. I keep saying that we should watch it in class so I know that they are going to ask me about it in class. I still haven't finished the readings so, hasta luego!

How wonderful to see that you're truly striving to do and be your best and always pushing for improvement!! Even though rugby comes easy for some of the girls, use that as a goal for you to work towards. And if those coaches don't notice your committment to team, they are jerks who need some pliers to open their eyes. Keep up the awesome work hun!! I'm rooting for you and know that you CAN DO IT!!!! Love ya!
Aww,this is so cool. So your whole life rught here huh-impressive! But ya, whats with with that not contributing to IR?Ey,I think your presence is the ultimate contribution.Pshh,as I always say 'you ll always be called towards where you are supposed to be!". So when you really are meqant to do something extra, you ll feel it. And the Psyche says so..
